You can call our office or use our easy scheduling tool below that will prompt you to fill out your intake forms in advance (making your appointment a breeze).

At the time of your appointment, you’ll meet with Pat, our Intake Coordinator, who will greet you, talk through your needs, and assign you a voucher for shopping in our stores. She’ll even offer to accompany you in the store in case you need help finding sizes (or need access to our warehouse if there’s something that you can’t find on the floor).

Our appointments are private, dignified, and tailored to custom-fit your needs.
